This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All U.S. orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

U.S. SHIPPING TIME
All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers to ensure smooth supply and availability.

Standard Delivery for United States:
7–15 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or high-demand seasons.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
- Carrier details
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is entered correctly.
Metrolight Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned:
We can reship it once the address is corrected (reshipping charges may apply).

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
Shipping may take longer due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
- Logistics constraints

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package:
- Shows “Delivered” but is not received
- Arrives damaged
- Stops updating for 10+ days

- Order number
- Tracking number
- Product name
- Photos (if damaged)
We will investigate and send a replacement if eligible.
